Getting married away from home can often be one of the most memorable experiences you could have. Well let’s hope so, you are getting married after all !!
Exchanging your vows on a beach or at a location you have always dreamed of will only add to the experience and the thrill of your big day. If it is truly in a place that you wished for, then it makes sense to have your honeymoon there as well. This will help with costs and also remove the stress of traveling immediately after your wedding.
One downside to consider is the cost for your guests. They may not be able to afford to attend and this may mean that you may not have all those that you wish to have at your wedding. This can limit the numbers you do have but you will certainly have those that are closest to you and this will only make it all the more special.
However, a wedding at home can be just as special. You may have found tucked away in the corner of the countryside a church that it is full of romance and fairy-tales. This can mean that your guests are not restricted and you will be able to have all those that you wish there but the cost of a wedding at home can be more expensive as there is church, reception venue and catering for all your guests to consider!!
Whatever you decide, give it plenty of thought and make sure that it is what you hoped for and more !!
